Worked on asset management and the validation layer for a CAM add-in whose engine turns a part, stock and available tooling into toolpaths in a fraction of the time manual programming takes. Angular Signals and NgRx Signal Store on the frontend, plus backend work through a Kotlin gRPC service. Shipped as part of a v2 with strong client adoption.

Helped rewrite a strategic sourcing platform from legacy tech to Angular. Owned internationalization end to end, wiring compile-time translations into CI so a new language took about an hour across German, English and Spanish. The rewrite drove a large client migration and new client wins.
Virgin Pulse (now Personify Health)

Worked on Rewards, the platform's most complex feature, where employees earn points for tracked activities and redeem cash or recognition rewards. Helped engineer the real-time reward pipeline and kept payouts correct and secure, with no double rewarding. Was the first to split Rewards into its own micro frontend as the app moved to around 20 independently deployable apps, and became code owner for the entire Nx workspace.

I am Nermin Kovačević, a full-stack engineer based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the last seven years I have built enterprise and SaaS products, with a deep focus on modern Angular and a solid backend in Kotlin, Spring Boot and .NET.
